Someone paid someone else to post these links. Clear and simple. they didn't appear by themselves. One way to get rich using the Internet is to go to potential advertisers and get a commitment to be paid when you send them a visitor. This is done by setting up your own so-called search sites that are plastered with links. They are all over the Internet. It's another way of paying per click without advertising through Google, Yahoo! or AOL. Cheaper, too. When Google updates these links are discovered. Even though a spokes at Penney's denied paying for the links, someone made a deal with the retailer and is getting rich for it. Personally, I see nothing wrong with it. Google should re-evaluate its algorithm. My opinion is that pay-per-click advertising is a waste of money. If a competitor wants to drive you from sponsored searches all they have to do is hire a few people to keep clicking your link from different computers. Your ad cost soars and you go to the poorhouse faster. Google says they can spot the cheating but, let's be real here, the truth is they can't. Let’s don’t play dumb here.
