Google’s leaving China has had some ripple effects in Search Usage Market Share.  As reported earlier:  Google’s Hong Kong Site Jumps to 3% Global Usage Share After China Redirect.

The most noticeable effect beyond google.cn and googl.com.hk can be seen on Baidu.  Not surprisingly, Baidu saw a surge in usage share in March, and will probably be the primary beneficiary of Google’s departure.

Baidu rose to 3.52% usage market share for March 2010 from 2.61% for February 2010.  See the rest of the recent Search Trends below:
